Subtle volume and natural contouring at our Wimpole Street clinic
Book Your ConsultationDermal fillers are one of the most versatile and widely trusted treatments in aesthetic medicine. At DimAllure, we use premium hyaluronic acid fillers to restore volume, refine contours, and enhance facial balance, always with a focus on natural, proportionate results that complement your unique features.
Hyaluronic acid is a substance already present in your skin. It provides hydration, plumpness, and structural support. As we age, our natural hyaluronic acid levels decline, leading to volume loss, deeper lines, and changes in facial shape. Dermal fillers replenish what time has taken, restoring a youthful, balanced appearance without surgery.
Every filler treatment at our Wimpole Street clinic is personally administered by Dima Alomar, a GPhC-registered Clinical Prescriber Pharmacist with advanced training in facial anatomy and injection technique. Dima’s approach is conservative and medically led, the goal is always enhancement, never excess.
Dermal fillers at DimAllure can address a wide range of concerns across the face:
Restore lost volume, improve symmetry, define the lip border, or achieve a subtle, natural fullness. Dima specialises in lip treatments that enhance without over-inflating, the result should always look like beautiful, natural lips.
Restore mid-face volume and projection that diminishes with age. Well-placed cheek filler lifts the face, softens nasolabial folds, and creates a more youthful facial contour.
Create a stronger, more defined jawline and improve the jaw-chin transition. Jawline filler is popular with both women and men seeking sharper lower-face definition.
Balance facial proportions by adding subtle projection to a recessed chin. A well-defined chin improves the profile and the overall balance between the upper and lower face.
The lines running from the nose to the corners of the mouth. These deepen as mid-face volume is lost. Filler softens these folds, restoring a smoother, more rested appearance.
The lines running from the corners of the mouth down toward the chin. These can create a downturned, sad appearance at rest. Filler softens these lines and lifts the lower face.
The hollow groove beneath the lower eyelid. When volume is lost in this area, dark shadows and a tired appearance result. Tear trough filler requires advanced placement skill and is carefully assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Your treatment begins with a detailed consultation at our Wimpole Street clinic. Dima will assess your facial structure, discuss your goals, and recommend a tailored treatment plan, including which product, which areas, and how much filler is appropriate. Consultations are £50, fully redeemable against treatment.
On treatment day, the skin is cleansed and a topical anaesthetic applied. Dima uses a combination of needle and cannula techniques, selected based on the specific area and anatomy. This ensures precision, comfort, and the lowest possible risk of bruising. The filler itself contains lidocaine for additional comfort.
Treatment takes approximately 30–45 minutes depending on the number of areas. You will see an immediate result, though the final outcome settles over the following 1–2 weeks as any swelling resolves.
Recovery is minimal. You may experience mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising at the injection sites for a few days. Most patients return to their normal activities the same day.
At DimAllure, patient safety is paramount. All fillers used are CE-marked, premium hyaluronic acid products from established pharmaceutical manufacturers. Dima is trained in complication recognition and management, and emergency protocols are in place at every appointment.
One of the key advantages of hyaluronic acid fillers is that they can be dissolved if necessary. An enzyme called hyaluronidase reverses the filler safely and effectively. This provides an important safety net and gives patients confidence that their treatment is fully controllable.
DimAllure also offers filler dissolving and correction for patients who have received filler elsewhere and are unhappy with the result. This service starts from £200.
Dermal fillers suit patients who want to restore volume lost through ageing, enhance and define facial features such as the lips, cheeks, or jawline, smooth deep lines and folds, improve facial asymmetry, or achieve a more balanced, proportionate facial profile.
Fillers are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for patients with active skin infections at the treatment site. Dima will discuss all suitability criteria during your consultation.

Book Your ConsultationDermal fillers are injectable gels, most commonly made from hyaluronic acid, used to restore volume, enhance contours, and smooth lines in the face. Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally present in your skin that provides hydration and structure.
Results typically last between 6 and 18 months depending on the product used, the area treated, and individual metabolism. Lip filler tends to metabolise faster than cheek or jawline filler.
When administered by a trained, medically qualified practitioner, dermal fillers have an excellent safety profile. At DimAllure, all fillers are administered by a GPhC-registered prescriber with advanced training in facial anatomy and complication management.
