Advanced bio-remodelling for skin laxity and hydration at our Wimpole Street clinic
Book Your ConsultationProfhilo is an innovative bio-remodelling injectable that goes beyond standard skin boosters to revitalise skin at a deeper, structural level. Containing one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid available in a single product, Profhilo does not simply hydrate, it remodels. It stimulates the production of collagen and elastin while improving skin firmness, elasticity, and tissue quality from within.
The result is skin that looks healthier, feels firmer, and has a natural luminosity that lasts longer than conventional skin boosters, typically 9–12 months from a course of just two sessions.
At DimAllure, Profhilo is personally administered by Dima Alomar at our clinic on Wimpole Street in Marylebone, London. It is one of our most popular treatments for patients who want measurable improvement in skin quality with minimal intervention.
Profhilo is unlike any other injectable. It is neither a filler nor a standard skin booster. It contains a patented formulation of high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid that disperses evenly beneath the skin once injected.
This unique formulation triggers four types of tissue stimulation: it stimulates collagen I (for structural support), collagen III (for skin elasticity), elastin (for firmness and resilience), and adipocytes (fat cells that support facial volume). This four-fold stimulation is what makes Profhilo a true bio-remodelling treatment rather than a simple hydration booster.
The treatment uses a specific 5-point injection technique on each side of the face (known as BAP, bio-aesthetic points). These anatomically optimised injection sites ensure even distribution of the product across the treatment area with the fewest possible needle entries.
Profhilo is most commonly used across the face for overall skin firmness, hydration, and radiance. It is also highly effective on the neck and décolletage, areas where skin laxity and crepiness often appear early and are notoriously difficult to address with other treatments.
Profhilo is particularly suited to patients who have noticed their skin losing firmness and elasticity, the face may appear less “springy” and more tired, but who do not necessarily need volume from filler.
Treatment begins with a consultation at our Wimpole Street clinic. Dima will assess your skin quality and determine whether Profhilo is the most appropriate option for your concerns.
The treatment uses the BAP (bio-aesthetic points) technique: five precisely placed injections on each side of the face. The procedure takes approximately 30 minutes and is well tolerated, most patients describe it as very comfortable.
You may notice small bumps at the injection sites immediately after treatment. These typically resolve within a few hours. Mild redness or swelling may last 24–48 hours. There is no significant downtime.
The standard protocol is two sessions, spaced four weeks apart. Results develop gradually over the following weeks as collagen and elastin production increases. Full results are typically visible 4–6 weeks after the second session and can last 9–12 months.
Profhilo suits patients who want to improve skin firmness, elasticity, and overall quality without adding facial volume. It is particularly effective for those who have noticed their skin becoming less elastic, less plump, or showing early signs of laxity. Profhilo also works beautifully alongside anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and Sculptra for a comprehensive treatment plan.
Profhilo is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for patients with active skin infections at the treatment site. Dima will confirm suitability during your consultation.
