This is a clinical service, and suitability is assessed honestly: if a medical weight management programme is not right for you, we will tell you.
A full baseline blood panel is arranged through our partner laboratory before any treatment plan is confirmed, so every clinical decision is made with complete information.
Where clinically appropriate, prescription treatment may form part of your plan following your consultation. Prescribing decisions are made individually by Dima as an independent prescriber at every review and are never guaranteed in advance. Any prescription goes to the pharmacy of your choice. You are free to use any registered pharmacy, and that pharmacy bills you separately from your programme fee.
You are reviewed every month, face to face or remotely depending on what your care needs at the time: weight and BMI verification, side effect review, wellbeing check, and plan adjustments. This is continuous medical care, not a subscription to a delivery service.

Nothing is automatically continued: your care is reassessed properly, which is exactly what a transfer should involve.

Where medication is clinically appropriate, it is prescribed individually, dispensed by the pharmacy of your choice, and billed to you separately by that pharmacy.
