This policy explains how DimAllure collects, uses and protects your personal information, including your health information, and what rights you have over it. It applies to our website at www.dimallure.co.uk and to the care we provide at our clinic.
DimAllure Ltd is the data controller responsible for your information. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16976660.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to. Any question about this policy should go to the email address above.
Our enquiry form collects your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the treatment you are interested in, and whatever you choose to write in your message. Only the email address is required.
To provide care safely we collect information about your health. This includes your medical history, medications and allergies, the treatments you receive, clinical notes, clinical photographs, and the results of any blood tests or body composition scans arranged as part of your care. Health information is a special category of personal data under UK data protection law and is given additional protection.
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous information about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. If you decline, none of this is collected. The detail is in our Cookie Policy.
