What your programme fee does not include

Your subscription covers the clinical care, treatments, reviews and diagnostics listed in your programme, including partner fees for DEXA scans and dietitian consultations. It does not include weight loss medication, and no programme guarantees a prescription. At each clinical review, Dima Alomar makes an independent prescribing decision based on your health, your progress and your suitability at that point in time. This separation is deliberate and required of regulated prescribers: no financial incentive is ever allowed to influence a prescribing decision. If medication is prescribed, your prescription goes to the pharmacy of your choice. You are free to use any registered pharmacy, and that pharmacy bills you directly, typically between £180 and £350 per month depending on the medication and dose. You will always know the cost before anything is dispensed.

Additional aesthetic treatments outside your programme inclusions are available at standard clinic prices.

The personalised health screen, adapted to you

Where your history or your results indicate a need, your programme includes a personalised health screen built around your physiology rather than a fixed panel. For women over 40, a female hormone panel covering oestradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH and SHBG. For women under 40, an extended metabolic panel covering thyroid function in depth, cortisol, iron studies and vitamin D. For men, a male hormone panel covering total and free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH and oestradiol. All are clinically relevant during medically supervised weight loss, when hormonal shifts are common and are typically missed by online providers.

Your Journey, Month by Month

Your Sculptra vials are scheduled from month 4 onwards, with the number and the timing confirmed at your consultation.

Month 160-minute consultation with full health screening, baseline blood panel, first DEXA body composition scan, first dietitian consultation, first clinical photography and your first monthly review. A personalised health screen is added when required.
Month 2Monthly clinical review and your first skin booster session.
Month 3Monthly review, second dietitian consultation and clinical photography.
Month 4Monthly review, second blood panel, and your Sculptra course begins once your weight has started to settle.
Month 6Monthly review, second DEXA body composition scan and clinical photography.

About Your Clinician

Every programme is led personally by Dima Alomar, GPhC registered independent prescriber pharmacist and advanced aesthetic injector. That dual expertise is the foundation of DimAllure's integrated approach: the clinician overseeing your weight management is the same clinician restoring your face, so every decision is made with the whole picture in view. Prescribing decisions are made independently at every review and are never guaranteed in advance.

After Your Programme

Completing your programme is not the end of your care. When your programme finishes, you continue on Maintenance Essentials on a rolling monthly basis, unless you choose to opt out. There is no minimum commitment in maintenance, and you can cancel any month with 30 days notice. We will explain exactly how this works before you ever sign up.

The clinical relationship continues with reduced touchpoints.

  • Six-monthly clinical review (30 minutes), face to face or remote depending on what your care needs at the time
  • Repeat blood panel every six months (standard panel)
  • Quarterly check-in by message
  • Ongoing prescribing assessed at each review, where clinically appropriate (medication always billed separately)
  • Annual photo review
  • Clinical messaging access, response within 1 business day

You will notice Sculptra does not appear in maintenance. That is deliberate. Sculptra is a long-acting collagen biostimulator: results from a full programme typically last 18 to 24 months, so routine maintenance sessions are not clinically indicated for most patients. If a top-up is clinically appropriate, it is available at £600 per vial, or £540 for members. We will never sell you a treatment you do not need.

Subscription Questions, Answered

What happens if I want to cancel?

You have a 14 day cooling-off period under UK consumer law. After that, if you end the programme early we reconcile what has been delivered: treatments you have received are charged at our standard list prices, and partner fees at cost, less the payments you have already made. If medication is declined or stopped on clinical grounds, you may exit at no charge. All of this is set out in your programme agreement before you pay anything.

What is not included?

Medication, which is prescribed individually and dispensed by the pharmacy of your choice, which bills you separately. Also any treatment beyond those listed in your programme. As a member you pay a reduced price on anything further, and we confirm those prices with you at your consultation.

What happens if medication is not prescribed?

Prescribing is an independent clinical decision made at each review, and no programme guarantees it. If medication is declined or stopped on clinical grounds, you may exit the programme at that point at no charge.

What happens when my programme ends?

Your care continues automatically on our Maintenance Essentials plan at £95 per month, on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum commitment, unless you opt out. We explain this clearly before you join, and you can cancel maintenance any month with 30 days notice.
