Sculptra® is a collagen-stimulating injectable that works differently from traditional dermal fillers.Rather than adding instant volume, it stimulates your skin’s natural collagen production, leading to gradual, long-lasting improvements in skin firmness, elasticity, and facial support.
Made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), Sculptra encourages the skin to rebuild its own structure over time. Results develop subtly over several months and can last up to two years, creating a refreshed, natural appearance rather than an obvious change.
Sculptra can also be used strategically to support lifting and contouring in fuller or rounder faces, particularly around the temples, hairline, and jawline ,sometimes referred to as a non-surgical “ponytail lift”.
Who is suitable?
Sculptra is ideal for patients noticing early signs of ageing, mild volume loss, or skin laxity who prefer gradual, long-term improvement rather than immediate volume.
Treatment plan
Most patients require 2–3 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
Mild swelling may occur initially, with visible improvements developing progressively over the following months.
